Ask anyone who walks sites for a living where their evenings go.
Not to the walk. The walk is the part you trained for — an hour or two on site, reading the building, calling what you see.
The evenings go to what happens after. Sorting a few hundred photos and trying to remember which crack was on the north wall. Retyping notes you scrawled in the car. Rebuilding the walk from memory, half-sure you haven't missed something. It's double handling: you captured everything once, on site, and now you're producing it all again at a desk.
And those hours aren't free. The report is what the client hired you for, and the job was quoted with the write-up in it — so every hour lost to the grind comes straight out of the margin. That's the tax. And it lands after hours, because the daylight went to the next site.
What we're building
Sully is the ambient AI scribe for site walks. You walk the site the way you always do — snapping photos, shooting video, talking as you go. Sully turns that into a grounded summary with action items, and every line of it traces back to the exact frame and the words behind it.
Then you do the part that's actually yours. You review the draft, fix what needs fixing, and turn it into the report or the quote that goes out with your name on it. Sully never signs anything. It kills the grind of getting to the version you sign.
The summary lands where your work already lives — Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, Gmail, Drive. There's no platform to move your practice into. That's deliberate. The problem is the write-up, not your filing system.
Who it's for
Anyone who visits sites they don't own, and owes someone a document afterwards. Condition surveyors walking adjoining properties before the dig starts. Fire-safety practitioners working through a building measure by measure. Building consultants and architects on site visits that end in a defect list or an instruction. Trades pricing a job from a walk-through and a few phone photos.
We're starting with condition surveyors in Australia, because that's where the tax is heaviest: a short site visit that turns into days of write-up, on work where the record might be pulled apart in a dispute years later.
Where we are
Sully is pre-launch. There are no customer logos on our site, because we don't have customers yet — we have a working product and a first cohort of design partners coming on now. We'd rather show you the real thing on your own walk than dress the site up with borrowed proof.
If the write-up is where your evenings go, bring us a recent walk. We'll build the summary live and you can judge it against the version you'd have typed at 9pm.
