Common questions
What counts as a walk?
One processed capture from a single site visit: a video walkthrough, or photos with narration. A typical walk runs 5 to 30 minutes of footage.
What happens when my trial ends?
Processing pauses; nothing is deleted. Every capture stays viewable and searchable, read-only. Upgrade any time and pick up where you left off.
What if I use all my walks?
Add a seat to grow the pool, or move up a plan. We never bill surprise overages; when a pool runs low we tell you before it matters.
Who writes the report, Sully or me?
You do. Sully drafts the summary and action items, grounded in the walk. You review, edit, and sign; the professional stays the author of record.
Can I change plans or cancel?
Monthly plans change or cancel any time from workspace settings. Annual plans run for the year and give you two months free.
What does Enterprise add?
